Started by local moms in South Philly, the CityKids Consignment Sale has become the go-to pop-up consignment sale in the city.
CityKids is the largest nonprofit consignment sale in the area, the only consignment sale in the city, 100 percent volunteer-run and was voted 2016’s Best Consignment Sale by Philadelphia Family magazine!
All proceeds from CityKids support Lilypad, South’s Philly’s family playspace, at 1234 S. Broad St. Lilypad also runs the very popular Kids South of Washington Google group.
Want to meet other parents and score some deals? Here’s how!
Consider donating your gently used baby/kid clothes, books, toys and gear. CityKids accepts donations to the sale. Donate your gently used baby/kid clothes, books, toys and gear. Donations can be picked up, or dropped off to Lilypad during any playgroup. All funds raised from your donations benefit our registered nonprofit, Lilypad.
You don’t need to sell to volunteer. Volunteers get to shop before the sale opens to the public, and avoids the lines at the sale.
