Fly, Eagles, Fly! Family-Friendly Super Bowl Events Around Philly
From pep rallies to watch parties, here's where to take the kids to cheer on the Eagles.
It’s Super Bowl week! The Eagles take the field versus the Patriots on Sunday, February 4, and we cannot contain our excitement. By “we,” we mean the entire city of Philadelphia and its surrounding metro area, which is set to have the least productive week of all time — but at least we’re going to do it up right!
From food specials to family festivals to watch parties, there is so much going on around town to cheer our Birds on. So get your green on, because here are all the ways you can celebrate!
E-A-G-L-E-S! Eagles! (If you’re not an Eagles fan, do your fellow citizens a favor and at least pretend for this week, please.)
Now through February 1
(Concert on February 3 at 8 pm at the Kimmel Center)
One lucky Eagles fan will win the unique opportunity to conduct the Philadelphia Orchestra on stage as they play the “Eagles Victory Song” during their 8 pm performance on Saturday, February 3, in Verizon Hall at the Kimmel Center. To enter, fans should submit a video of no more than 30 seconds stating why they are the biggest and most deserving Eagles fan (including an “E-A-G-L-E-S! Eagles!” chant, of course) and submit it on the Orchestra’s social media channels with the hashtag #FlyEaglesFly. The winner will get four tickets to the Philadelphia Orchestra’s concert, a brief conducting lesson, and of course their moment to shine at the conductor’s podium! More information in the link.
