Excel Sports Camps

Excel’s summer sports camps pair The Episcopal Academy’s coaches with its expansive, state-of-the-art campus. 1st through 6th grade beginners can participate in half-day multi-sport day camp, while kids in grades 3-8 can choose full-day camps that focus on a favorite sport including lacrosse, basketball, track and field, dance, and more.
1st Start Lacrosse

The perfect opportunity to introduce kids ages 3-6 to lacrosse in a fun half-day camp. The camp will introduce lacrosse, as well as other fun sports and some classic gym games. The morning will also include some fun ice breaker games and cool arts and crafts activities.

Each day, kids learn technical climbing and climbing safety skills. Rock climbing along with other camp activities such as teambuilding elements, sports challenges, field trips, yoga, nature programs, and arts and crafts provide kids with even more opportunities to develop and practice leadership, communication & creative thinking skills. Choose from full-day (for ages 6-14) or half-day (kids 4-7) programs. Kids ages 8-15 can also do a tw0-week climbing adventure camp that includes an overnight at Ralph Stover State Park.
