Every year, Star Wars fans celebrate the epic franchise utilizing the best calendar-based pun to arise from pop culture: “May the Fourth be with you!” Fans celebrate Star Wars Day together, in person and online, all over the world. Here’s how you can celebrate with your little Jedi right here!

Movie Night at Schmidt’s Commons: ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’

May 3, 7 — 9 pm

Get a jump on May the Fourth celebrating with this outdoor movie night! Bring your own chair.

‘Star Wars’ Day at the Pop Shop

May 4, 8 am — 10 pm

729 Haddon Ave, Collingswood, New Jersey

 

The restaurant will have Star Wars themed menu specials all day, like the “Return of the Chedi” cheeseburger and “Darth Malt Sundae” for dessert. There will also be Star Wars coloring sheets all day. And if you come dressed as your favorite character, you could win a $50 gift card.

‘LEGO Star Wars’ Day

May 4 — 6, 10 am — 7:30 pm

LEGOLAND Discovery Center, 500 W. Germantown Pike, Plymouth Meeting

 

Travel to a galaxy far away and enjoy the most original LEGO Star Wars fun activities, and Star Wars-themed building all weekend. Participate in an exciting LEGO Lightsaber challenge, do a Star Wars-themed build in Master Builder Academy, and be there for some great photo ops!

‘Star Wars’ Day at Middletown Public Library

May 4, 10:30 am — 7 pm

21 N. Pennell Road, Media

 

A whole day celebrating all things Star Wars! There will be a green screen photo booth and stations with themed activities and crafts all day. Then in the evening, there will be a costume contest and pizza and movie night at 5 pm, featuring The Last Jedi (pre-registration is required for movie night).

‘Star Wars’ Day at Ardmore Library

May 4, 3:30 pm

108 Ardmore Ave., Ardmore

 

Kids age 8 and older can build a functioning R2-D2 droid and learn about robotics! Pre-registration required. There will also be Star Wars activity sheets will be available for kids of all ages throughout the day, and a raffle at 4 pm.

Celebrate Star Wars Day with games, crafts, and the chance to win a cool surprise! Recommended for kids age 6 and up.

‘May the Fourth Be With You’ at Delaware Museum of Natural History

May 4, 6 pm

Watch The Last Jedi and play Star Wars trivia! There will also be themed face painting, the STARLAB inflatable planetarium, a costume contest, and concessions with snacks (including wine and beer for the adults).
